  • Talk Saves Lives: An Introduction to Suicide Prevention
  • And More
Peace, Love & Me: Keeping the ME in Mental Health is our signature annual event, hosted at the Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm each summer. Thanks to the generous support of the Museum, Crank’s Catering, and several community partners, we are able to offer a vibrant, engaging day dedicated to promoting mental wellness among students.

PL&M features a variety of activities designed to encourage relaxation, self-expression, and mental health awareness, including free food and ice cream, DIY tie-dye shirts, therapy dogs, live music, arts and crafts, face painting, massages, and more. It’s a day to unplug, connect, and learn valuable coping strategies in a welcoming environment.

While planning such an event requires significant effort and coordination, the outcome is incredibly rewarding. We are proud of its impact and look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come.
